Free Vision Clinic
The Cupertino de Anza Lions club is hosting a free vision clinic with hopes to serve 500 people. Services include:
· Issuing recycled eyeglasses.
· Ordering new eyeglasses where necessary.
· Arranging ongoing treatment or surgery through the Lions Eye Foundation in San Francisco.
All services are provided at no cost. Spanish and Vietnamese translation will be available. No documentation is required from patients. To sign up for the free vision clinic, individuals should text their first name, preferred appointment time, and the number of people in their party to (408) 596-3692.

These monthly resource events support partner agencies to reach communities in need of services for recovering from the impacts of COVID-19. In this safe space, community residents can connect and learn about and access available resources and receive the vaccines against COVID-19 and the flu.
