    ​Free Immigration Law Clinic - JFSSV

    Jewish Family Services and the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association, Silicon Valley Chapter (AILA) offer a pro bono immigration law clinic to serve the needs of immigrants in the South Bay.

    Attorneys from various local law firms provide clients with valuable legal advice and assistance relating to all areas of immigration law, including help with completing green card and citizenship applications, and fee waiver applications to ameliorate the costs of the application fees.

    Are you ready to become an American Citizen? Have questions or want to learn more about the process of applying for citizenship? Please join us promptly at 6:30PM for a presentation, then time for scheduling free follow-up consolations with an attorney or DOJ-accredited representative.

    These FREE Workshops are sponsored by Catholic Charities. They will be conducted in English (and/or Spanish if all participants are Spanish speakers, but please bring an interpreter if possible). FREE citizenship application fee waiver assessment will also be provided. Referral to a citizenship consultation with an Immigration Attorney or DOJ Accredited Representative. Please bring your Green Card!
