7/19 We’ve seen an increase in lead poisoning among immigrant children in our region from use of lead containing imported makeup.
The Pediatric Environmental Health Services Unit at UC San Francisco released a fact sheet on the risk of lead poisonings when using these makeup products on children. Available in Somali, Hindi, Urdu, Pashto, Dari, Arabic, and English.
