Volunteer’s needed for Citizenship Day 2024 Saturday, April 20

Help permanent residents to naturalize and become U.S. Citizens!

Project New Citizen’s naturalization campaign needs your help!

We are recruiting community members, attorneys, paralegals, translators, law students, and college students to help with our largest naturalization workshop of the year. Volunteers will assist with registration, logistics, form filling (N-400) and attorney review. We are offering three (3) separate shifts to sign up for: all day, morning, and afternoon.

Multilingual (especially those that speak Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Korean) volunteers and those with previous naturalization experience are particularly needed. For volunteer attorneys, we ask that you are very familiar with the citizenship forms.

All volunteers will need to attend a 2-hour virtual training . Training is optional for immigration attorneys.

Volunteer trainings will be provided on the following dates:

Thursday, April 4 at 5:30 PM
Thursday, April 11 at 12:00 PM
